For residents in the City of Utica and Villages of Dolgeville, Frankfort, Herkimer, Ilion and Mohawk, garbage and recyclables will continue to be collected according to your regular schedule, however due to the high wind alert, residents are advised to hold their recyclables back until next week's collection.
