Joseph Artessa

Joseph Artessa has been with the Authority since December 2012. He initially served as Principal Accounting Supervisor until his appointment to Authority Comptroller in December 2017.  Joe serves as the CFO of the Authority and oversees all aspects of the Authority’s financial operations. He has an A.A.S. degree in Business Administration from Mohawk Valley Community College, a B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Polytechnic Institute at Utica; and is a Certified Public Accountant.
