Josh Olbrys

Mr. Olbrys has been with the Authority since March 2006. Josh was promoted to the position of Executive Director in 2024. He previously served as Deputy Executive Director, Landfill Operations Manager and Environmental Compliance Coordinator, respectively. Josh is responsible for managing all functions of the Authority, including facility operations and ensuring that the Authority is in compliance with statutes, rules and all applicable regulations. He has a B.S. degree in Environmental Studies from SUNY Plattsburgh.
