Jayne Morgan

Jayne Morgan has been with the Authority since January 1991. Jayne serves as Sr. Weigh Scale Operator. She is responsible for weighing and recording weights of vehicles delivering solid waste and recyclables to Authority facilities, issuing scale tickets/receipts to customers and for billing and processing payments for all haulers and customers of the Authority.
