Justin Fitch

Justin Fitch has been with the Authority since December 2016. Justin is the Authority’s Superintendent of Waste Collection. He is responsible for the coordination and management of region-wide compliance activities at the Authority’s Regional Landfill to ensure methods and procedures for solid waste collection and disposal at the landfill comply with statute, rules and all applicable regulations. He also manages the Authority’s Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility and Computer and Electronics Recycling Programs to ensure that all material received by residents and small quantity generators is managed and recycled and/or disposed of properly. He holds a B.S. from Paul Smith’s College of Arts and Sciences.
