Andrew Opperman

Andrew Opperman has been with the Authority since July 2012. Andy is the Authority’s Solid Waste Engineer. He is responsible for the engineering aspects of the System plan, including technology evaluations and cost estimates, and oversight of design and construction projects. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.). He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering and M.E. in Systems Engineering and Technology Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
