Beth Scoones

Beth Scoones has been with the Authority since June 2007.  Beth serves as Account Clerk for the Authority. She is responsible for accounts payable which includes processing invoices, purchase orders and issuing payments to vendors for the accounting division of the Authority. She has a B.S. in Human Service Studies from Cornell University and a Master’s in Education from SUNY Cortland.
