Eileen Brinck

Eileen Brinck joined the Authority Staff in January 2022 in the position of Recycling Coordinator. She is responsible for planning and coordinating recycling programs throughout Oneida and Herkimer Counties and providing tours of Authority facilities. Eileen holds a M.S. in Environmental Studies and Sustainability from Unity Environmental University and a B.S. in Environmental Studies from SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry.
