Stephen Houppert

Stephen Houppert has been with the Authority since August 2019. Stephen is the Authority’s Environmental Compliance Coordinator. He is responsible for the coordination and management of compliance activities at the Authority’s Regional Landfill to ensure methods and procedures for solid waste collection and disposal at the landfill comply with statute, rules, and all applicable regulations. He is also responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of the landfill gas collection system at the Authority’s Regional Landfill. He holds an A.S. degree from Jefferson Community College with a concentration in Renewable Resources Management.
